In the finale you break into the marked location, deal with the guards however you prefer, take the car, and drive it back while avoiding police or enemies chasing you. After the mission ends successfully, the game will give you the option to claim that exact vehicle with the LS Pounders plate already attached. Normally this convertible costs around 1,797,000 GTA$ in-game, so getting it through the robbery is already a big discount.
The process for the LS Panic plate works almost the same way. This time you choose The Gangbanger Robbery and go after the Lampadati Tigon. During the finale you locate the car, secure it, and bring it back to the Salvage Yard. Once the job is complete, you can claim the Tigon and it will keep the LS Panic plate permanently.
