Are you frequently faced with the challenge of machining flanges without internal bores on-site? In such scenarios, the standard base assembly equipped with internally mounted flange facing machines prove inadequate for installation. Operators are left to devise their own methods for machine setup, while also evaluating the stability and safety of such installations. The images displayed depict the installation of a blind flange. With no pipe or hole in the center, the equipment cannot be supported within the internal bore using standard base kits. To address this issue, we crafted an installation plate with adjustable devices, subsequently spot-welding it onto a non-critical surface of the workpiece. We have successfully completed this task and are sharing this installation method with our customers.
