3. Technical parameters of the titanium anode tank

3.3.1 The anode tanks are welded by using titanium material, and the arc tank and end plate are formed by welding with reinforcing ribs.

2.3.2 After the overall welding of the anode tank, the inner arc surface of the tank is precision machined. Ensure that the overall accuracy of its inner arc surface is within ± 0.15mm.

2.3.3 There is a liquid inlet at the bottom of the anode tank, and an overflow tank, exhaust outlet, overflow pipe, etc. are installed at the upper part to ensure that the electrolyte flows smoothly between the anode and cathode at a constant speed. The inlet, overflow tank, and overflow pipe of the anode tank are welded with titanium material to prevent leakage.

2.3.4 The anode tank is equipped with a transparent visible cover plate to reduce acid mist overflow while ensuring the observation of the liquid.
